What We Are Looking For

The Athletic Compliance Office at Baylor University is seeking a Governance and Regulatory Affairs Assistant Athletic Director to support Baylor University's mission

A Bachelor's Degree is required along with three years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith. A Master's degree and five years of relevant experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

What You Will Do

• Assist with oversight of day to day NCAA compliance systems and stakeholder engagement. 
• Responsible for developing, implementing, sustaining an exhaustive and effective NCAA education program. 
• Responsible for developing, implementing, sustaining exhaustive policy and procedure for NCAA compliance. 
• Responsible for developing, implementing, sustaining relationships with University department liaisons for adherence to NCAA compliance.
