to coordinate the operations of the hospitality venues, student workers, and special events, located on and off campus!

Organize and manage event logistics that may include but is not limited to setup, tear-down, securing vendors for rentals, entertainment, and security for Auburn athletic events.
Assists with issues related to the hospitality venues, with a special focus on customer relations, communications and problem solving.
Coordinates the support activities (catering and cleaning) of the hospitality venues in Auburn athletic facilities on game days and for special events.
Oversees student worker schedules for game days and special events.
Assists with leading, overseeing, and completing payroll.
Assists with creating invoices for events held at Auburn athletic facilities.
Admitted to a graduate degree-seeking or certificate program.
Registered for at least one course during each academic term of the assistantship.
Experience in a collegiate athletics events is strongly preferred.
