Purpose of Role
This position will work in the areas of Academic Support, Compliance, and Community Service Engagement. This position will help with monitoring NCAA eligibility of student-athletes, assist in student-athlete academic certifications, work on special projects, and learn the inner workings of a compliance office. Additionally, this position will help in monitoring the academic performance of all student-athletes, while assisting with session support of the CAUSE program.
The selected applicant will receive a tuition waiver for up to 18 graduate credits for the 2024-2025
academic calendar year. The applicant will be responsible for the costs of any fees and books associated with the program. This position is renewable for the next academic year conditional upon satisfactory
performance, availability of funds, and adherence to all Daemen University academic requirements and employment protocols. The selected person will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the term of appointment. The individual selected for the position may also be expected to cover a minimum of 5 hours of responsibilities assigned in event operations, facility management, and any other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
1) Bachelor's degree.
2) Admission into a post graduate program at Daemen University is required.
3) Demonstrated computer proficiency.
This position operates the under the rules and regulations of Daemen University, the NCAA, and the ECC; understanding that an employee can be suspended for a period of time without pay or terminated
if found to be involved in significant or repetitive violations of NCAA regulations.
