Description

The Graduate Assistant for Development will support the Assistant Athletic Director for Annual Giving in the planning and execution of athletic fundraising initiatives. This role will assist with donor stewardship, event coordination, annual giving fulfillment, and other projects that enhance the overall experience for donors, alumni, and friends of UCM Athletics.

Examples of Duties

Duties Include:

  • Assist with event planning, including placing food and décor orders, creating invitations, coordinating setup, and managing event check-in for events such as First Pitch Banquet, Legends Banquet, Women in Sports Day, The Athletic Auction, and more.
  • Support annual giving fulfillment through mailing thank-you cards, distributing donor benefits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help with the creation and execution of special projects that align with athletic development goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of UCM Athletics and the Cardinal & Black Fund.
