Graduate Assistant - Strength & Conditioning

Post University seeks a part-time, stipend Graduate Assistant in Strength & Conditioning to join its expanding athletic staff. This position will assist in developing and implementing successful year-round sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for assigned sports programs. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Design, implementation, and supervision of all strength, speed, agility and conditioning programs for assigned teams
• Upkeep of the weight room facility
• Adherence to all rules and regulations of the University, conference affiliations, and the NCAA.

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required;
• Appropriate NCAA certification is preferred (CSCS or SCCC) but is not required.
• Strong background in weight room organization and management;
• Knowledge of nutrition preferred.
• Must be accepted into any graduate-level program at Post University.
