Position Summary
Under general supervision, the Coordinator of Greyhound Broadcast Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the broadcast production for ENMU Athletics events. This includes determining proper equipment, camera locations, creating broadcast and videoboard graphics, ensuring the department meets and exceeds the minimum broadcast requirements of the Lone Star Conference’s broadcast agreement with Flosports, and enhancing the viewing experience of Greyhound Athletics sports fans. The Coordinator of Greyhound Broadcast Services will recruit, train, and evaluate personnel for part-time broadcasting staff members such as camera operators, graphics assistants and on-air play-by-play, color commentary and sideline announcers primarily from the ENMU student population and the Department of Communications in the College of Fine Arts. Additionally, the Coordinator of Greyhound Broadcast Services
will collaborate with other staff and departments to enhance the overall production quality of ENMU Athletics broadcasts and videoboard utilization.

Determine equipment and software needs to provide improved broadcast and video quality
Collaborate with faculty and staff of the Department of Communication and KENW Broadcast Center to enhance ENMU Athletics Flosports broadcasts and other broadcast content related to ENMU Athletics for the KENW Broadcast Center
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree and one year of applicable experience - Familiarity with process and equipment to conduct live streaming of athletics events - Familiarity with NCAA Division II Athletics, the Lone Star Conference and Flosports - A valid New Mexico Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment is also required, as well as the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in all kinds of weather and road conditions
