This position will report to the Assistant Athletic Director, Intramural Sports/Club Sports/Camps. The responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the Dance Team program including, but not limited to, dance member recruitment, dance choreography, selection and performance, organizing and planning of practice sessions, attendance at all home Football and Men’s and Women’s Basketball contests, and ordering of supplies as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license with no serious convictions
• AACCA Spirit Safety Certification

Essential Functions:

1. Attend all team practices/meetings (2-3 times per week)
   
2. Supervise & attend team performances at home football and men’s & women’s basketball games
   
3. Coordinate dance team travel and attend the MAAC Basketball Championships & National Competitions
   
4. Assist student leadership in making decisions about club operations
   
5. Supervise team tryouts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
