Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Head Coach, Men’s and Women’s Swimming in the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expected to: organize, plan and direct all aspects of a Division I program; recruit athletes; assist in the formation and preparation of the budget and oversee the expenditures; assist with alumni and booster activities; cooperate with news media.
This is an on-campus, in-person, non-remote position.

Two years of college swimming or coaching experience.
Competitive swimming experience.
Computer literate.

Division I experience. Experience with both men and women collegiate athletes.

- Develop an atmosphere of strict adherence to the intent of the university, student, and student-athlete code of conduct by all personnel and student-athletes associated with the swimming program.
- Hire and supervise all assistant coaches.
- Organize, plan and direct all aspects of a Division I program.
- Monitor education progress and welfare of student-athletes.
- Perform usual and customary coaching activities.
- Recruit athletes.
- Assist with alumni and booster activities.
- Assist in the formation and preparation of the budget and oversee the expenditures.
- Assist with fundraising and public relations.
- Cooperate with news media.
