Head Coach, Men’s Golf
Job Summary:
The Head Coach for Men’s Golf is responsible for leading all facets of a competitive NCAA Division I golf program in alignment with the mission and values of the University, the American Athletic Conference, and the NCAA. This individual will serve as a mentor, educator, and role model, fostering a championship culture focused on academic achievement, athletic excellence, and personal growth. The coach is expected to promote the program positively within the campus, community, and broader athletics landscape, while effectively managing personnel, operations, and a fiscally responsible budget.

Knowledge/Skill/Ability
Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills; strong self-starter; ability to work within the American Athletic Conference; knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; ability to work closely with a diverse group of people
Equivalent Education/Experience
Special Job Dimensions:
Work requires working with highly sensitive or confidential information and occasional overnight travel may occur.
Master’s Degree and demonstrated ability to work effectively with student-athletes, faculty, coaches and administrators.
