Job Duties
Trains and prepares student athletes. Teaches sport-specific skills, tactics and philosophy; schedules and directs practices; conducts sport-specific physical training and conditioning USA Rugby and conference requirements; and maintains regular office consultation hours. Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties
Responsible for overseeing GAs. Includes hiring, training, directing, monitoring, and performance feedback. Other duties as assigned.

Scouting and Recruiting
Job Duties
Accountable for scouting and recruiting of future student athletes. Includes the following all USA Rugby, conference, and University regulations and guidelines; assessing athletic talent and academic performance of potential student athletes; determining who meets the athletic requirements and University academic standards; and coordinating scholarships per the Universityâs approved model. Other duties as assigned.

General Support
Supports the sports program. This includes representing the University in all sport specific activities; assisting the Sports Information Director in the organization of sports information materials such as media guides, press releases and community public relations programs; assists with program budgets; purchases uniforms and equipment; coordinates pre-season medical exams for student athletes; scouts opponents and prepares game plans; establishes itineraries and makes travel arrangements. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level Required : Bachelorâs Degree
Minimum Experience Level Required : Three years of experience as a collegiate assistant coach. Experience as a head coach and player is preferred.
Compliance Responsibilities Required :Â Required to ensure USA Rugby, conference, and University policies and mandated requirements are correctly interpreted and met, and documentation is maintained per policies and procedures; maintain qualifications and certification(s) and complete required annual training.
Other
Required to have a valid driverâs license, NCAA Rules Compliance Certification, and First Aid, CPR, AED certification.
