Summary of Job Duties: The head coach will be responsible for the organization, direction and administration of the women’s soccer program and NCAA rules and regulations. Specific duties associated with this position shall include, but limited to; the recruitment of highly skilled student-athletes who are capable of excelling both on the field as well as in the classroom; managing the sport’s budget; scheduling of matches; fundraising; establishing professional relationships with key members of the local community as well as alumni; and maintaining a keen knowledge of the sport of women’s soccer through ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience as a soccer coach, preferably as a head coach and on the college level. Review of applications will commence immediately and continue until the position is filled.
