| Job Description Summary |
The Head Coach for Strength and Conditioning is a full-time staff member responsible for all aspects of a comprehensive strength, speed, and conditioning program supporting 23 intercollegiate athletic teams.

| Responsibilities |
Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration, and active support of the University’s Mission in Catholic and Lasallian higher education.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a closely related field.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification and CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) or SCCC (Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified) credential.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs at the collegiate or professional level.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop student-athletes, with a commitment to leadership, sportsmanship, academic achievement, and personal growth.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse community of student-athletes, coaches, and university staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of accurate and high-quality work.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
- Capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
