The  Athletics Department  at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a dynamic and versatile Head   Women's Golf Coach  who will direct, develop, and manage all aspects of a Division I Women's Golf program.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

The Head Coach, Women's Golf is responsible for coaching, training and development of student-athletes within the team concept. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Recruitment and talent evaluation of student-athletes.
• Monitoring of student-athletes academic progress and personal development.
• Budget creation and management.
• Tournament and practice scheduling.
• Supervise assistant coaches, graduate assistants, temps, work study students or volunteers.
• Adherence to Georgia State University, NCAA, Sun Belt Conference rules and policies.
• Development and fundraising responsibilities to raise funds for the department and Golf program, along with alumni engagement.

Qualifications

: 

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Experience with USGA Golf regulations. NCAA Certification will be required post employment.
