Reporting directly to the Vice President of Athletics, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Athletic Department at The University of Texas Permian Basin, a part of the prestigious 14 institution University of Texas System. The Head Women’s Soccer Coach provides leadership and oversight and is responsible for all aspects of a highly competitive NCAA Division II program. Guide and ensure the program complies with the overall objectives of the institution and Athletic Department. Ensure the program adheres to all applicable NCAA, Lone Star Conference and institutional rules and regulations.

Schedule
Generally, the normal work hours for the university are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 – 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm with a one-hour lunch. The individual holding this position may need to be available early morning, evening, and on weekends to meet the needs of the department. Hours worked may differ with some departments.
