Job Description

Head Coach – Women’s Softball

Reporting to the Athletics Director or designee, the head women’s softball coach will provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of a competitive program. 

This includes;
Strong ability to provide overall leadership of the softball program
Proven recruiter and evaluator at Division I, II or III level
Ability to create a strong and positive culture within the program
Responsible for the supervision and coordination of an assistant coach and volunteer coach
Maintain high level of academics
Manage all aspects of coaching, supervising team practices, competitions, and tournaments
Manage all aspects scheduling with competitions, road travel, practices, and workouts
