Position Summary Information
| Primary Purpose |
Responsible for the general oversight, management and leadership of all aspects of the Women’s Tennis program at University of the Pacific. Duties include general management, coaching, recruiting, extensive public relations and other duties as assigned. On a day-to-day basis, the coach will be expected to work with the Service Administrator as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s Degree (Two (2) years of full-time experience in the same/similar position is equal to one (1) year of completed post-high school education coursework).
- Two (2) years of experience coaching sports at college or university level.
- CPR certification is required by the end of the introductory period of appointment.

| Preferred Qualifications |
Skills/Knowledge and Expertise:
Requires the ability to perform physical activities related to sports. Frequent time spent standing and walking. Occasional climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment/Work Week/Travel:
Work performed in a standard office, gymnasium, or athletic venue. Requires flexibility in schedule to meet recruiting, game, and event schedules. Extensive travel is required both national and international.
Valid driver’s license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University’s fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University and its insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record.

| Hiring Range | $66,560.00 - $71,303.70 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
