Quincy University seeks qualified applicants for the position of Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Serves as representative of the University, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with members of the QU community and with the public.

• Train and coach the men’s & women’s tennis teams and recruit appropriately qualified student-athletes.
• Supervise and monitor the awarding of athletic grants within budgetary limitations and in accordance with the established University financial aid policy.
• Control budget expenditures for men’s & women’s tennis and control and maintain athletic equipment. Provide reports to the Director of Athletics as requested.
• Implement and develop fundraising strategies through booster clubs, camps, and other projects to support annual operating budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong written and oral communication
• Ability to work with diverse student
• Flexible working hours (nights and weekends).
