Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina, an NCAA Division II member, seeks qualified candidates for its head men’s basketball coach vacancy. This position directs the development, strategic leadership, organization, and management of all phases of the men’s basketball program. Lenoir-Rhyne has a longstanding tradition of men’s basketball history, highlighted by winning 31 conference titles and advancing to the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 in 2016. Lenoir-Rhyne won 31 Conference Championships and earned seven berths in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship. Lenoir-Rhyne also underwent a comprehensive renovation to Shuford Arena, which serves as host to both men’s and women’s basketball and women’s volleyball programs. In fall 2019, Lenoir-Rhyne opened a new Sports Performance Center that includes a state-of-the-art weight room with a turf training area, nutrition bar and dedicated team meeting space.
