Roles

Northwood University is seeking a Head Men’s Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month, non-tenure position. The University is a member of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference and sponsors 20 Division II varsity sports.

The head coach is responsible for management and administration of all phases of a varsity intercollegiate sports program and team, within the guidelines, rules and regulations established by the university, Great Midwest Conference, and NCAA.

Responsibilities

  • monitoring academic progress of student-athletes
  • athletic financial aid distribution
  • game and practice preparation and management
  • community and alumni relations
  • community service
  • physical conditioning of student-athletes
