The Head Men’s & Women’s Track & Field Coach organizes, conducts, and supervises all aspects of a Division II Track & Field program, within the parameters designated by the University, Sunshine State Conference, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The position requires building a competitive program while maintaining a focus on academic success and student-athlete development.

Oversee administrative functions within the program, including:
Engage in promotional and public relations efforts to advance the athletic program, including:
Promote the University’s core values and build effective partnerships within the campus community
Ensure optimum service to internal and external partners through clear communication and engagement
Create an inclusive and welcoming environment for student-athletes, staff, and the university community
Perform other related duties as assigned
