Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, USCA Athletics
The University of South Carolina Aiken, an NCAA Division II Institution and member of the Peach Belt Conference, is seeking a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a 10-sport department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the strength and conditioning program, including the oversight, implementation, and development of performance programming for student-athletes in accordance with USC Aiken, Peach Belt Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. This is a 12-month full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Master’s degree. Two years of strength and conditioning experience at intercollegiate level. Application deadline: August 11, 2025. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
