Job Description:

Expectations include, but are not limited to, development and implementation of a successful intercollegiate tennis program for both men's and women's teams. Responsibilities include all aspects of recruiting and retention of student-athletes, budget management, adherence to institutional, Gulf South Conference and NCAA rules and regulations, supporting the vision of the CBU Athletics Department, and other duties as assigned. This position must be able to develop positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and boosters while interacting successfully with department personnel and the College community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Previous experience as a coach or assistant coach at the high school or collegiate level.
• Excellent communication and computer skills required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications :

• Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Collegiate coaching and recruiting experience.
