The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the university’s women’s basketball program, ensuring a commitment to excellence in athletics, academics, and character development. This position will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and mentor student-athletes, and uphold the integrity of the program in alignment with the university’s mission and NCAA Division II guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and retain talented student-athletes who exemplify high character and academic dedication.
  • Manage the program budget responsibly in accordance with university and athletic department policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate practices, competitions, and off-season training.
  • Oversee all aspects of team travel and game-day operations.
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of basketball facilities and equipment.
