| Position Summary |
Responsible for organizing and administering all phases of a NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Program. This incumbent will lead in the coaching, planning, organizing, directing, recruiting and implementation of all phases of the University of Georgia’s Women’s Golf Program as well as lead in all areas of team performance which includes but is not limited to pre-season, post-season training, practice, competition, budget management and academic progress.

- Comprehend and adhere to NCAA, SEC, and institutional policies and procedures in the sport of Women’s Golf.
- Extensive knowledge and experience recruiting at the Division I level.
- Evaluate and compare athletic talent for potential growth and development of student-athletes.
- Previous managerial experience in hiring, supervising and evaluating coaches and staff.
- Manage a budget.
- Participate and support public relations, fundraising, and promotional activities.
- Possess strong organizational skills in coordinating recruiting travel and visit itineraries.
- Oversee conditioning programs for the eligible student-athletes.
