Head Women's Lacrosse Coach

Gardner-Webb University, a NCAA Division I Big South Conference member, is currently seeking a Head Coach for Women’s Lacrosse.  The responsibilities of this position include:  

• Management over all areas of the lacrosse program
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of and the ability to comply with pertinent NCAA, Big South Conference, and University rules and regulations
• Supervise the recruitment, evaluation, and development of student-athletes, including their academic progress through graduation
• Establish and maintain relationships with alumni, boosters, and other administration of the University 
• Operate the program within the stated budget
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Athletics. 

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
