Northwestern Oklahoma State University is seeking candidates for a full-time Head Women’s Soccer Coach. This position is a full-time 12-month full benefits position in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Northwestern is an NCAA DII University and a member of the Great American Conference.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching, development and evaluation of staff, recruiting, academic development, budget control, fundraising, and practice management. Candidate must exhibit commitment and responsibility for adhering to all NCAA, GAC and University policies, rules and all required documentation by the University as well as NCAA and GAC. Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Master’s Degree is preferred. Collegiate coaching experience is preferred, collegiate head coaching experience is preferred. Teach 2 courses in the Health and Sport Science department in non-championship segment of Soccer (spring).
