Responsibilities Include:

· Administers an athletics aid program

· Recruits highly qualified student-athletes

· Ensures strong academic success, sportsmanship, and positive citizenship

· Effectively develops and executes team practices and game strategy

· Develops team schedule

· Budget management

· Supervision of coaching staff

· Team fundraising

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred

· Successful volleyball coaching experience at the high school level or above is required. College-level head coaching experience is preferred.
