Job Description

Description: King University is accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Volleyball Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the women’s volleyball program.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required; 2 years as an assistant coach at the college level, or equivalent; Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects of volleyball, a sophisticated understanding of coaching and training strategies, and a demonstrated ability to enhance student athlete development.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree; Head coaching experience at the college level, or equivalent; Demonstrated ability and success in identifying and recruiting student athletes at a private, residential institution.

Responsibilities: Supervise all activities related to the student athletes; provide professional mentoring to student-athletes; Recruit student/athletes that meet King University Admission guidelines to achieve roster goals and field a competitive team; Provide academic, personal, and professional mentoring to student-athletes; Comply with all NCAA rules and regulations;
