SUMMARY
Advance the mission and vision of TMUS by providing administrative support to The Mustang Athletic Club and Events
& Production to ensure seamless execution of events, gatherings, chapel, and initiatives that foster spiritual growth
among student-athletes. Works closely with student life leadership, to oversee the logistical and organizational
aspects of The MAC, chapel, and the administrative tasks for student life.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assist in planning Main Events for The MAC, including coordinating with vendors, managing guest
communication, and handling logistics such as invitations, merchandise orders, and setup.
Organize Weekly Gatherings by coordinating food orders, preparing presentation slides, and ensuring
the smooth operation of each event.
Manage scheduling for Individual Meetings with team spiritual leaders, maintaining an organized
calendar and sending reminders as needed.
Support the creation and distribution of communication materials to promote club events and
activities.
Oversee ordering and purchasing for food, materials, and merchandise, maintaining accurate records
for budgeting purposes.
Work with club leadership to ensure resources are available for Team-Specific Discipleship initiatives,
including the selection, purchase, and distribution of Bible study materials.
Providing on-site hospitality for chapel speakers, alumni, and other guests of chapel and The MAC.
Coordinate with chapel speakers to secure travel, hotel arrangements, payments, and
reimbursements.
Input Chrome River data for Events & Production team.
Oversee the calendar for chapel events and The MAC events.

• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a demonstrated commitment to the doctrinal position of
TMUS and a continuous exhibition of a desire to minister and serve others in varied capacities.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, vendors,
students, &/or community members of diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural, & ethnic backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a
wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Exercise confidentiality, good judgment and discernment.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree from TMU.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully
perform the essential functions of this job.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee
frequently is required to stand; walk; has full dexterity of hands and arms.
• This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 30 pounds.
• No travel with overnight stay expected.
