Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations
The position will be responsible for assisting in creating promotional plans promoting Bryant’s 25 varsity sports programs on campus and in the University community through advertising, multimedia, social media, distribution of flyers, posters, schedule cards, and videos, as well as utilizing corporate sponsors and promotional products for various giveaway promotions. Serve as the floor producers for assigned games and ensure promotions are executed.

The position will maintain marketing and promotions budget and work with the America East Conference Marketing Director in providing marketing reports to the conference office. Coordinate student assistants in scheduling and budgeting. Write and develop content for use in email marketing, print, digital and social media platforms. Coordinate athletics-related events to increase brand recognition and engagement across campus and in the community.

Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in marketing, promotions, and game management; knowledge of
NCAA
rules and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Regular attendance at assigned job site and the ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and constituents are essential functions of this position.
