The Athletics Department at Bryant University invites applications for a Facilities and Operations Intern. Bryant University is a

This position requires availability on nights and weekends.

The Facilities and Operations Coordinator Intern will assist the Director of Athletic Operations with all game day preparations. The intern will be responsible for overseeing the event management student staff throughout gam day set-ups and break-downs.
The intern will assist with the management of all indoor and outdoor athletic facilities including the daily operation of the Chace Athletic Center. Th intern will also be responsible for coordinating the rental of Bryant University Athletic fields and facilities. They will also be responsible for submitting all work requests for the athletic department and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
The intern will be expected to demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, communication, and productivity as a representative of Bryant University Athletics.
Bachelor’s degree plus related experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience in operations and game management. Previous experience working within an
intercollegiate athletic program in game management preferred.
