Saint Francis University invites applications for the full-time position of Head Coach, Women's Basketball in the Department of Athletics. The Head Coach is directly responsible to the Director of Athletics or designee for recruitment, program development, budget management, supervision of assistant coaches, fund raising, public relations, and compliance.
Saint Francis University remains a member of the NCAA Division I and the Northeast Conference during Year 1 of the reclassification process. Beginning Year 2 (2026-2027), the University will be reclassifying NCAA Division III member institution. The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the President's Athletic Conference, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Intercollegiate basketball playing and/or coaching experience with a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is preferred. Division I experience is preferred.
