| Position Specific Responsibilities | |
| Summary of Responsibilities |
Assists and advises the Head Coach with strategic initiatives while following University policies, NCAA and Conference bylaws and regulations. Collaborates with coaches and staff to coordinate and expand international student-athlete recruitment efforts. Reviews performance records and evaluates athletes skills to determine their potential success in a particular area of athletics.

| Essential Functions |
- Acts as a liaison between the athletic program, University community, and the public. Collaborate with International Recruiting/Talent Agencies/Academies.
- Establishes and maintains effective interactions with the University community, donors, media, alumni, and the public. Participates in community outreach activities and meeting with media representatives.
- Utilizes various technologies to create original material for recruiting, social media and recruiting visits.
- Assists with identifying program needs and implementing program improvements.
- Utilizes analytical and scientific software, cloud-based data access and sharing software, office suite software and database software to provide statistical and video analysis and provide feedback for recruitment and player development.
- Evaluates performance records and athlete skills and provides analysis of prospective athletes. Maintains scouting reports, including player assessment and recommendation on targeted athlete recruitment.
- Oversees management of recruiting software, monitors the various recruiting services, and analyzes international recruiting trends.
- Works closely with the compliance office for specifics of NCAA recruiting rules and regulations. Ensures compliance with changing rules, technologies, and techniques. Enforces safety rules and regulations.
- May supervise graduate assistants and student employees.
