Organization's Summary Statement: The Manager of Revenue Share Management is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of student-athlete revenue sharing agreements. This includes contract development and management, ensuring compliance with NCAA and Big Ten regulations, timely athlete payments, strategic resource allocation in collaboration with leadership and coaches, and accurate reporting to both the Big Ten Conference and the NIL Clearinghouse. This role requires a deep understanding of best practices in revenue sharing and NIL management within collegiate athletics.
Physical Demands: The scope of the position frequently requires evening, weekend, and holiday work (non-standard work hours). While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee operates a computer and other office devices such as telephones, copy machines, and fax machines, etc.; constantly moves about the facility and event site before, during, and after events to service clients; and continually communicates via telephone, email, and in person with others to exchange accurate information. Standing, walking, kneeling/crouching, balancing, and lifting to 15 pounds.

Licenses/Certifications: NA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Three (3) years of professional budget, finance, or accounting experience. Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and internal control practices. Knowledge of budget functions including preparation, balancing, and internal control. Skill in oral and written communication. Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments. Ability to acquire, apply and expand knowledge of the University’s policies.
