Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, sports administration or related field
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrable experience in personnel supervision
• Experience with contract development, negotiation and implementation
• Experience in media advertising, public relations, and/or promotions
• Sales experience
• Demonstrate experience and or knowledge in working in an arena environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience in event creation and planning
• Demonstrate experience with website development; management and social media coordination
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
• Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and graphics software
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
