Men's Basketball Graduate Assistant

This position reports to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the team’s operations, including:
· Assist with opponent scouting and film breakdown.
· Serve as a point of contact for facilities and game-day management.
· Assist with on-court practice.
· Assist with coordinating all aspects of team travel.
· Organize and facilitate team events and service opportunities.
· Complete other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
Academic Year: 2024-25 & 2025-26
· Bachelor’s degree required from an Accredited College or University.
· Applicants must be admitted to the Coaching Education (campus-based) graduate program with the College of Education at Ohio University.
· Enroll in a minimum of 12 graduate credit hours per semester as a full-time student and maintain the required g.p.a within that particular college.
· Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment.
· Evenings and weekends will be required.
Collegiate level men’s basketball experience.
ICA-Basketball Men's
$8,000 annual stipend for 20 hours of work per week or 300 hours per semester and tuition waiver. Opportunity for additional compensation from camps.
