Position Summary

Assistant Football Coach – Offensive Coordinator
Department of Intercollegiate Athletics
Full Time/Term

The Football Offensive Coordinator will assist the head football coach in leading, developing, and mentoring the collegiate football team, striving for competitive excellence in intercollegiate athletics. The role also assists the head football coach foster a comprehensive program that promotes athletic success, academic achievement, and personal growth for all team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Designs and executes offensive game plans, schemes, and adjustments that align with the program’s philosophy and maximize team performance
  • Provides technical instruction, skill development, and leadership training to student-athletes, fostering their growth both on and off the field
  • Analyzes game and practice film to assess team performance, scout opponents, and implement data-driven improvements in offensive strategy
  • Assists in recruiting and retaining student-athletes who align with the program values and athletic standards while contributing to overall program development and operation support
