Job Description Summary
Must abide by all NCAA and University rules and regulations Assist Head Coach in all aspects of Division I football, including, but not limited to the following: Recruiting quality student-athletes On-field coaching and team/position meetings Video
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Assist head coach with team practices and competitions.
Assist with the planning, organizing, and implementing team practice.
Assist with recruitment at home and on the road.
Assist with team needs assigned by the head coach or other staff members.
Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
Four-year college degree, experience coaching football at the Division I level. Strong leadership skills and experience.Ability to communicate and function effectively within a team setting.
