Responsible for assisting in all office duties for Women’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, Men’s & Women’s Swimming, & AVS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processes all P-Card Reconciliations, Expense Reimbursements, Invoices and Requisitions for assigned sports/departments in WyoCloud.
• Processes all contracts for assigned sports/department in WyoCloud
• Monitors/Maintains budget information for assigned sports/departments as needed.

• Processes all contracts for assigned sports/department in WyoCloud
• Monitors/Maintains budget information for assigned sports/departments as needed.
• Assists with all office duties related to assigned sports/departments.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
• Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:

• May assist with departmental budget planning process including research and provide/prepare financial reports.
• Assist with revision of forms and office procedures.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 2 years progressively responsible work-related experience

Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements:

Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Oracle accounting cloud
