Job Description
The Women’s Lacrosse Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and logistical support of the women’s lacrosse program. This includes managing team travel, equipment, recruiting and facilities coordination while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA policies. This is a non-coaching role that is critical to the organization, efficiency, and success of the team.
This role supports the coaching staff so that the coaches can focus time with our student athletes and focus on the human and positional development of each athlete. This professional position will handle important logistical and operational duties that will allow for each member of the coaching staff to be more efficient and effective in their primary areas of responsibility
Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in a collegiate director of operations role (In any sport)
Frequently requires evening and weekend hours due to practices and competition.
