The Operations Assistant / Baseball will assist in managing the budget and daily operations of the Baseball program. This person will help coordinate individual and team travel arrangements, student athlete admissions, fundraising events, communication with Athletics Compliance and Student Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include and not limited to managing travel (for both the team and staff); assist with the daily schedule of coaches and team; coordinate recruiting visits; plan special events; serve as game day operations liaison; handle numerous administrative responsibilities for the Head Coach / Baseball. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Baseball.

Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in a NCAA Division I athletic department.
Working knowledge of Teamworks or similar software.
Experience coordinating team and recruiting travel for a Division I program.
Experience working with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and/or student athletes.
Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or similar field.
