The Operations Assistant / Men's Basketball will assist in managing the budget and daily operations of the Men's Basketball program. This person will help coordinate individual and team travel arrangements, student athlete admissions, communication with Athletics Compliance and Student Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include and not limited to managing travel (for both the team and staff); assist with the daily schedule of coaches and team; coordinate recruiting visits; plan special events; serve as game day operations liaison; handle numerous administrative responsibilities for the Chief of Staff / Men's Basketball and Head Coach / Men's Basketball. This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff / Men's Basketball.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience working in a NCAA Division I "Power 4" athletic department.
Experience coordinating team and recruiting travel for a NCAA Division I basketball program.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or similar field.
Experience as a collegiate coach and/or student athlete.
Working knowledge of recruiting software.
Experience with Teamworks workflow software.
