Drexel University is seeking a qualified candidate for a Part-time Operations Assistant for the Men's Soccer program. This position will assist the Men’s Soccer program/Coach with the organizing, planning and coaching of the Men’s Soccer team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who is looking for a career in college coaching and is interested in assisting the coaching staff in all aspects of running a Division I soccer program.

• Assist the Men's soccer team during practices and games. Emphasis on session planning and collaborations with coaching staff.
• Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academicallyEssentialEditRemove
• Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising, operations, and logistics.
• Assist in the coordination of team travel with other soccer and athletic department staff.
• Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, and CAA rules and policies.
• Assist Head Coach in the planning and organization of camps and clinics.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Former collegiate soccer player or coach.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, crouch, stoop.

• University City – Philadelphia, PA

Additional Information

This is a Part-time Temporary position classified as Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
