This position oversees projects through from inception to completion while acting as a liaison between departments and Athletic Creative Team to ensure accurate information is shared with the creative team and deadlines are met for the customer. Oversee the day-to-day activities, provide oversight and support to Athletic Creative Team while collaborating with direct managers for performance reviews and goal setting.
Four-year college degree, with a concentration in Communications preferred.
4+ years in a related field preferred.

Occasionally required to travel to local and campus locations, as well as join out of town trips.
Occasionally required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.
Regularly required to hear and discern sounds.
Regularly required to see and discern colors.
Frequently required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building.
Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business.
Regularly lift 20 or fewer pounds.
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is frequently changing. Functions of this position’s responsibility often require one to work after normal business hours, and in some situations for prolonged shifts. Some projects are completed in a climate-controlled office setting and other projects on a regular basis are outdoors, in some situations rain must be accommodated. Work from home may be encouraged or required at times.
Use of one’s personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) is required for travel in the performance of the essential functions of this position. Proof of a valid Virginia driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.
