POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The University Athletic Association is seeking part-time Swamp Moments Assistants to play an integral role in providing a championship experiences to Gators fans who purchase game day experience upgrades. The Swamp Moments Assistant will represent the University of Florida and the Florida Gators in a first-class manner as they host fans who purchase these experiences, providing excellent customer service during fulfillment and looking for creative ways to make each fan’s experience unforgettable.  Duties include: Lead groups of fans in unique and high-end “experience upgrades” during Florida Gators sporting events as well as non-game day experience opportunities. Provide excellent customer service to participating fans, as well as other Gators fans you may interact with during the day. This posting will be open until qualified candidates have been selected.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Ability to provide superior customer service. The capacity to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds. Working a non-standard work schedule that may include evenings, weekends and some holidays. Must be able to work ALL Football home games Ability to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work with general public in a friendly, professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience in the service industry Leadership experience Knowledge of Florida Gators Football and UF traditions
