Position:

Part-Time Athletics Advancement Assistant

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Chief Development Officer and Assistant Director ofDevelopment with the implementation of team based alumni events, department special events, alumni communications,Eagles Club hospitality and donor relations.

• Events include alumni days, golf outings, banquets and road receptions.

• Act as social media source, developing ideas and implementation of content across all electronic platforms, internetbroadcasts and website maintenance. Assist with content, design and production process for print collateral.

• Successful candidate will coordinate recording and updating of donor attendance and giving records.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-Time.

• This is a temporary position.

Salary Range:

• $17.50-$18.00/hr.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
