Assist with off-the-field activities of student-athletes, including but not limited to providing advice and counsel related to life skills, academic success, personal development, and community involvement and engagement, and help with the leadership council.

| Position Summary |
Provides assistance to the Director of Player Development with off-the-field activities of football student-athletes, including but not limited to providing advice and counsel related to life skills, academic success, personal development, and community involvement. Provide leadership and support for the mentor program, PO network, letterman relations, and other programs related to student-athlete wellness.

Experience as a student-athletes, support staff, or coach of a Division I football program.

- Familiarize and compliant with NCAA and SEC rules.
- Ability to communicate and organize schedules.
- Ability to stay up to date with recruiting current events and keep coaches informed.
- Understand computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work nights and/or weekends and holidays.
