Job Summary/Basic Function

The Player Relations Specialist for On-Campus Recruiting supports the Head Football Coach and the Director of Player Personnel in developing and sustaining a competitive NCAA Division I-A football program that promotes both athletic and academic excellence and operates in full compliance with NCAA regulations.

This position assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of official and unofficial campus visits for prospective student-athletes and their families, serving as a primary point of contact and liaison during campus visits. The Specialist also supports the recruiting process by coordinating initial reviews of prospective student-athletes’ high school transcripts, subject to further review, to assess potential NCAA Eligibility Center clearance and institutional admissibility.
