Description

The part-time Facilities Assistant will assist with all aspects of operations and facility maintenance of the Goldstein Health, Fitness, Recreation Center, and all other athletic facilities.

Position Duties

• Setup and breakdown for events.
• Provide on-site support during events and athletic contests.
• Serve as a front desk representative and weight room attendant.
• Act as the building supervisor.
• Understand and enforce all facility rules and regulations.  
• Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.  

Work Hours

Exact hours to be determined with supervisor; generally up to 20 hours per week. Must be willing to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and patient with visitors.
• Office experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
