Summary of Job Duties: The Quality Control-Defense position is directly responsible for assisting the football staff with their practice and game preparation, as is permissible under NCAA rules and regulations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for analysis, quality control, administrative, and organizational capacities. This position is designated as weather/event essential.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning

• Experience with Division I football or similar experience (i.e. NFL)

• Experience with NCAA compliance rules

• Experience with XO’s film breakdown

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power Five football experience

• Coaching and/or playing experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Knowledge of NCAA rules and guidelines

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work night and weekends, as necessary

Additional Information:

This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
